Overview

EarthAI Monitor allows you to quickly and easily "Request" or Task a high resolution satellite image.  EarthAI Monitor provides imagery ranging from .85m to 1.3m ground sample distance resolution.  This means that you will be able to see features that are typically larger than 1 - 2 m in length and width.  

How do I task a satellite?

1. Press the Request High Resolution Image button at the top right of the EarthAI Monitor interface.

2. Accept the terms from the pop-up dialog by pressing Purchase button.

3. Wait for email notification.

4. Open EarthAI Monitor and the image will be included in the timeline with a green indicator.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get an image?

Images typically take about 2-3 days depending on weather.  If you are looking to image a very cloudy area, it can take longer.

Can I download this image?

Yes.  You can download your image through the EarthAI OnDemand website.  For more information about how to search and download imagery from EarthAI OnDemand, see our documentation.
